We take pride in our product quality so we are so proud to offer our customers with 30 Days Easy Return & Exchange policy. You can receive a refund within 30 days from the receipt date. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can initiate a return or exchange up to 30 days from the receipt of goods in the original condition and packaging with prior notification by email info@luvherbeauty.com.

How long will the user receive a refund?

If your refund is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@luvherbeauty.com.

Returned/refused packages (due to incorrect address info) will be reshipped at the buyer’s expense or can be collected from the post office. Otherwise, your package will be destroyed by the courier company. After that, your order will be closed. Returned/refused packages are not eligible for refund. See refund policy.
